Title: Chirk Castle Gardens
Post by: Palustris on October 17, 2008, 09:44:37 PM
Another lovely place to visit. This is a Marcger Castle which has rather nice gardens around it. Much of the best bits were closed today though ,waterlogged or being worked on. Still got some nice pics.

Unfortunately the Chirk Castle Gardens were closed when we were there, but we did manage to walk across Telford's aquaduct nearby which was very impressive.
