Title: Web Page Generation with IG Pro - FTP lesson
Post by: ideasguy on June 29, 2007, 10:31:05 AM
For those of you who are just starting to use the Web Page Generator in GA032 to create your first web project, you need an FTP program, then you need to set it up with the Host, Username and password so you can start transferring your web project to the web server on the internet.

Heres a useful tutorial.
http://www.pageresource.com/putweb/ftptut1.htm
It shows how to set up an FTP profile.
It recommends an FTP program called WS_FTP  to connect to the web server (where you publish your web site).

Andre has found a very good alternative FTP program called Filezilla. Ive now downloaded that and I think it is one of the very best - and its free.
You can download it here:

This is now fully operational, and the system is out of test mode, and on the regular download page..
