I have just ordered a new license for Bank Genie Pro 6(without investments) because I want to install it on a different laptop. The payment has come out of my Paypal account but I have not received an email with license details or download link from Bank Genie. I think that the problem may be that the Paypal account that I used was registered to a different email address than the email address that I am registered with to BankGenie. (I use two Paypal accounts- one personal and one for a charity - i used the charity addresson this occasion because I am use BankGenie to process the charity accounts) I can confirm that the money has been taken out from the Paypal Account.
