That is a very nice plant Nicola. It is smothered with blossom 8)
How long has it been in your garden to reach that size?

most of those asters come from the terrace where I kept them on pots for a couple of years, so they finally "touched the ground and got gratefull" on their 4th season more or less.... at the end of november  i cut everything to the ground level...

I hope you have better luck than me in keeping them coming back each year.
Mine need attention at best and in some locations can just disappear.
