Chinese Witch Hazel

Is in fine bloom this year
It is very slow growing ..  maybe only an inch or so every year.  I bought it at a fair size and have had it now for maybe 10 years

I'll have to go looking in my own garden, I think. I planted a Corylopsis spicata somewhere. But I'm afraid it will still be a bit too early by now. It's still a young specimen.
The middle photo is a "zen-environment", nicely equilibrated (at least that's my feeling).
