My wife likes a flower for our kitchen, and this one deserved a photo.
I have a beautiful blue mophead Hydrangea, but it wilts quickly when cut in summer.
November is quite different as we have discovered. Here's another variety, this time a lacecap, and we were surprised to find it is standing up straight and strong after a few days. One striking thing is the marking on the petals, and I'm wondering if they are caused by raindrops.
I moved the vase to give more light and to capture another striking thing

Its a view through the side window of our kitchen, and just look at that Cotoneaster on the wall
