A blue diascia

This was one of the plants on offer in an email received today (Hayloft plants)

A brand new colour in the Diascia world!  Dark gray blue flowers that smother and bubble along the stems, developing and frothing into streams of flowers from May to October, just like a wave crashing on the shore.   
Height & spread 30-45cm (12-18?).  Hardy perennial, new shoots may be cut back by hard frosts but the crown will survive to -5oC.
