Iris Reticulata indeed George and Phil.

We had a lot of those in our 'old' garden and were one of our favourite plants.

Its easy to do Phil, and its also possible they were mislabelled by the supplier.
The good news is,they are fantastic plants and if anything like mine, they will come back every year.
My Chionodoxas are blooming away at present! Mine are pink, and a nice colour break in the garden at this time of year.
Have you any pink flowers in the vicinity of that label?

Chionodoxa sardonica is pink, usually sold in the form Pink Giant, though there seems to be little difference between that and the straight species. Not quite open in our garden at present.
We treat the Iris reticulata as annuals as they rarely flower for a second time for us.

These were in flower today in the garden or the Alpine house.

Magnificent Eric. I'm not going to ask you what all 55 are ;D but, perhaps a few:
Nos 26, 36, 37 & 42

Is #54 a tulip?

I'm amazed at the amount of flowers you have in bloom already. Mostly in the alpine house?
I love your Primulas. They are truly delightful :) Must be a pleasure to inspect them every day.

We have a layer of snow outside! What a change from the barmy warmth we had at the beginning of the week, when I cut my grass and did some weeding, to break the boredom of pruning shrubs.

The Chionodoxa lucilae is correctly named and the white one at the back is Muscari armenium album.

thanks eric, dont remember buying any muscari though and it is not in my igpro, i keep taht upto date of all plants bought, maybe it was the wrong label on the bulb packet as they were in the discount bin, someone could have stabled the label onto the packet in the shop, who knows, never mind stil a bit of colour
