You obviously taught your daughter well there Phil, taking her responsibilities seriously and looking out for your welfare.  Doesn't it just make you feel proud  ;)

Happy New Year Phil.

Happy New Year everyone :)

A quiet relaxing night in here and a flurry of activity on phones, iPhones, Skype etc as we welcomed the new year in.

Thanks Laurie, and a VERY belated Happy New Year from Anthea and me. Just recovering from a very active family Christmas with four generations of us here ranging from 8 months (younger great grandson Damon) and 86 (me). So much was going on at once that I dont know who was more bewildered, Damon or me  :)
