Ive a good crop of Bramleys this year and wondered if any of our members have any tips on how to store them.
Ive left them on the tree as long as possible, but need to pull them soon, as even slightly bruised windfalls dont keep.
P.S. My weakness? (as my work colleagues know only too well) Apple tart or Rhubarb tart!
Also Apple Crumble with custard and/or Ice cream.
