P/L configuration

Producing a P/L report for property let in the past I have found some way of transferring my standard groupings to a new year. Either I have forgotten how or whatever but do I really have to start to configure a new report every year ?

In Bank Genie Pro 6 you don't have to recreate from scratch.

Use the program Business (tab)>P&L Years and Groups-BS409.

Anyway I've cracked that for the mean time.
