A P 'Osakasuki' .... a beacon of light

ideasguy:
All adds to the mystery and intrigue of these wonderful plants.

It was a bit windy in Dromore yesterday Billy.
As you can see from this photo:

I have a big ash tree at the back, just to the right of my dwelling, and it drops a ton of leaves! I think they are all but gone after yesterdays little storm. I bag up any that fall on the tarmac for leaf mould, of course!

I expect you got the same weather - any leaves left on your Acers?

whis4ey:
Great pic George
Yes ... Osakasuki, Okagami, Seiryu and Bloodgood are still in full leaf
Atropurpureum, Senkaki, Orangeola and a few others still have some leaves
The rest are gone until springtime :)

ideasguy:
What a great collection of Acers you have, Billly  8)

I'd like to do some work on my Acers database over winter, Billy. I might be in touch!
I'll start by looking over that CD you sent me a while back.

I bought this domain name some time ago:

(Currently directed to my ideasforgardens web site)
Great idea at the time from another flash of genius (tee hee).
Well, I'm sure you can see what I have in mind.
An on-line society!
Needs "some work"

Completey off topic:
Mrs Guy has just called me to the window to show me a rare sight.
10 doves sitting in a cherry tree up the garden, facing our kitchen wndow. They are quite happy with my big doggie about.

greenfinger:
Is this address still active George?

ideasguy:
I cut back over this past year, André, and I think that is one of the ones I let go.
My plans for that domain can be expressed in this one of mine:
http://www.cultivars.co.uk
I bought that domain name almost 10 years ago. Some day I hope to have time to realise its potential.
