In an email from my good friend William:-
I also put tribute weed control to kill the daisy and buttercups on the grass but not the grass was a good job
Sprayed on
Did a google search and found this:-

and this specification sheet:-

Has anyone tried this?

Just read the specs on these George. Obviously a lot of safety considerations and precautions to take - as with any chemical weed control products.
Not something I opt to use - especially when you have a dog that runs freely about the garden, as in our situation.
It's very difficult to find products that are pet friendly.
We get dandelions and daisies growing through our lawn. Just have to cut it more often to lessen the visual impact when they pop up ::)
