I have just started trialling Bank Genie Pro 6 with its 6 months trial license (a very good idea).
When I set up a new Bank Account for a Savings Bond (not an investment item)paying monthly interest to another bank, there appears to be no way of including a note on the Bond Account that I set up to indicate: "Interest paid to ABC Bank current account on 23rd monthly" The interest rate section of the set up allows me to input an Interest rate expiry date which in this particular case is not 23rd of any month so not very useful and it certainly doesn't help in knowing where the interest is going. A "Notes" Field, as there is in the "Transactions" page would be exceedingly useful.
How do I set about adding comments to "Bank Accounts"?

It was good talking on the phone just after you made a start evaluating Bank Genie Pro 6 (http://www.bankgenie.net).
You had made amazing progress in a very short time with your accounts (including Investments) imported!

When you click the User Guide link on the home page you get to this page:

Clicking the first screenshot link there you will see something like this:

Following the steps 1 and 2 you will get to screen BS412S01.

The Notes about this account is where you can add any amount of information about the account.

Thank you – that’s it; but not immediately obvious from the menus -the graphic icon at the bottom of a transaction page has no “bubble help”. Also it would be very useful if the “Notes” section was available on the Account Setup Page where it could be used and viewed with the other important information about the account itself (eg acc no and sort code and Tele); it is after all account related rather than transaction related.

I have updated the Account setup page to include the Notes memo field as per your suggestion.
It was a good idea - I hope others will find it useful.
Screens BS403S02 (non Investment account setup) and BS403S03 (Investment account setup) have been updated.
Under Help tab, use the program "Check for Updates" and download latest versions.

I suspect the use of the word "bank" on this page is misleading (term used in old versions of Bank Genie) and should be changed to "Account".
