First I found this site, which I though is worth bookmarking to help foilk who are lucky enough to live by the sea!!

Then from one of their links, I found this site and this page:

Near the bottom of the page, I had a good laugh at the "Castor Oil" medicine given to the children in the "auld" days.
Yip, I remember that WELL!! I too shudder with THOSE childhood memories!
