ContraOboe:
When I click Check for Updates (and, as I recall when I last received available updates) BGP seems to invoke Interner Explorer (which I don't use) and I presume Edge for those on newer machines. Might it be possible for BGP to launch one's default browser instead (Firefox in my case)?

Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge allow a programmatic function which I harness and use in Bank Genie.
Unfortunately, other browsers do not provide that functionality.

ContraOboe:
A shame especially as I dislike using IE as it is out of date: I suppise I could grab Edge. (Surely a system knows which is one's default browser.)
