mistery rose
« on: May 03, 2016, 05:48:41 PM »
can anyone help me with the name of this rose? I pass in front of it every day and could follow the blooming...is a beauty. I knocked at the gate and asked informations about it...all they know/remember is that's an english rambling rose and not sure if it came from Austin's.

Eric Hardy has a magnificent specimen in his garden and has published a number of photos.

See pages 8, 10 and 12.

Comparing however, I'm sure its not the same one.

I had one in my garden called Sanders White.
I wonder if that's the one you have found?
Do a Google search for images.

Hello.

My rose is called Alberic Barbier and looks quite like yours. Perhaps you could double check on a rose identification website. I hope this is of help.
