Today we took Benji to the Thames Valley Adventure Playground where the local Down's Association were having a BBQ. It is a wonderful place for children with learning difficulties and Benji spent many happy hours there when he was younger. They have a lot of planting, sensory gardens and so on. Luckily I had my little old  Fuji point and shoot in my pocket because I came across this strange plant. Any ideas?

Its a very good quality photo Eric, so I'm sure someone will be able to make an ID. Its not one I know, I'm afraid :-[
No wonder you rushed to take a photo - its a fantastic plant.
Are the variegated leaves the foliage of that plant?

It looks like some form of Yucca - but that's about as far as I can go - I've not a lot of experience with them.
