Hope you dont mind Eric. Ive edited your post and made it a broadcast message. Hopefully we'll get people in to id those plants.
Should be fun.
Are they all plants youve grown yourself?
-
They are all beauties, Eric. No 2 has foliage like Phlox subulata and long tubular flowers like Jasmine.
No 5 looks like a Hellebore???
Any ideas what time of year the photos were taken? It might help members to home in on an ID

Time of flowering would be more difficult to find, but I will look at the Exif data to see when I took the photos. These were all in our garden, but not necessarily still alive now.
No. 2 and No 3 are both Phlox of some sort and No 5 is possibly a Polemonium. No. 4 is really annoying me as I should know it. Euryops? . but which one? or Anthemis?
245 to go!

Right 1,2 and 3 were taken in April.4 in May and 5 in June. Will put this info up with the next set of pics.

Hi,
No 1
Are the leaves fleshy
Photo not that clear
No 2
Phlox
douglasii or subulata type
but it could be a Silene - photo not that clear
No3
Phlox
carolina or divaricata type
4
more likely a Euryops, not an Anthemis
5
Polemonium
foliosissimum
Anyway thats a start
-
The leaves on No 1 are fleshy, say about as thick as Sedum spurium. they are serrated and clasp the stem which is reddish.
No 2 I think is Phlox, and either White Mountain or White Admiral
N03. is P divaricata type as I have never grown P caroliniana (knowingly at least!)
N0.4 Must be Euryops acraeus then as my E. pectinata is in the Alpine house not outside.
No. 5 is a distinct possiblity, but does it come in white? I have no recollection of buying a white version of it.
Thanks muchly though.
