Title: Post-operative rest
Post by: Palustris on May 16, 2017, 05:44:43 PM
Surgery on Monday so no gardening for me for a few weeks. Going to be very hard to stagger round the place with my hands in pockets so I am not tempted to do some weeding.

Hope it went well Eric! I'm sure if you'd had a choice you would have had that op at a less hectic gardening time.
My very best wishes to you for a speedy recovery.

No temptation to garden, bending is too painful. We chose to go privately so that it could be done now with no postponements etc. It needed doing as it would only have got worse and stopped me gardening in any case.

Consultant was pleased with the progress so no need to go back. Just needs another month of taking great care. Very frustrating still though, so much needs doing.

That's good news Eric. I can imagine the frustration if you go on one of your garden tours!
