This NT property near Cambridge has a Jacobean-style house with gardens and a working
watermill. The gardens are a delight in all seasons, and a special treasure is the
winter garden, which combines decorative and coloured shrubs (like dogwood) and early
blossoming trees (like mallow) with the early growths of the English spring.

Sunday 16 Feb 14 was a beautiful sunny day with a blue sky after several days of bad
weather and it was a delight to visit. Here are some photos to show the range of
delights on offer.
