That is a magnificent specimen Nicola! Photos are excellent - take a bow 8)
The individual flowers appear to be larger than the Spireas I grow. I'll do some research later ;)

Did you grow it from seed?

No George ,I planted it at my uncle's garden 25 years ago... the "secret" is the pruning...if you prune the side shoots and leave the center "high" that will
"exagerate" the fountain effect...yes is a beautiful shrub which doesn flower "unobserved"...three weeks of white fireworks
