The Blue Moosles story has images in it. But I cannot find a way of posting it with them in it.Any ideas?

There's no way to do that Eric with the current Forum software.

In other words, you can't have your text wrapping around your photos, as you see on web sites.

The only way to have photos accompany your text is to place them at the appropriate point/s but they will just appear above or below the block of text.  The formatting will not look as professional, but it's the best you're going to get on here.

The final option is to create your own web page and upload all your files onto a server somewhere and post the link on the Forum.  This way you can have the layout looking exactly how you want it.

If you'd like me to have a go, please email the images to me Eric.
I'd like to try something.

You took the words out of my mouth with your posting. My next question was going to be - do you have any images for The Kingdom without a Dragon?

You are correct Laurie.
There is no easy way to have text beside an image without having to do something rather special.
Heres a solution for those who can use tables but you have to break up your main text at insertion points where you wish to place an image.
You MAY also have to write the text alongside the image in a trial and error series of postings to make it look like it is flowing .

Heres some text and more text and even more text to go BEFORE the table. Heres some text and more text and even more text to go BEFORE the table. Heres some text and more text and even more text to go BEFORE the table.

Test 1:-
Heres the text to go with the photo
Ive done this by inserting a table.

The table has two columns

In this example, the text goes in the first column

The image goes in the second column
The image is 380 x 338 pixels. It would need to be reasonably small (as in this example) to avoid having to scroll horizontally.

Heres some text and more text and even more text to go AFTER the table

Test 2:- Heres another attempt
Heres some text and more text and even more text to go BEFORE the 2nd table.

Heres the text to go with the photo
Ive done this by inserting a table.

The table has two columns

In this example, the text goes in the second column
The image is 380 x 338 pixels

The image goes in the first column

Test 3:-
And now for an attempt with three columns.

Heres some text to go with the photo. Ive done this by inserting a table.

This table has three columns
In this example, Ive put this text in the first column
The image goes in the second column

This image is smaller

It is resized (using Ideas Genie Pro of course ;)) to 200 x 193 pixels and the text will flow nicely. This paragraph is one big long sentence and didn't need any formatting.

Takes a bit of patience to do this!!

And some text beside Cedric ;D

Heres how the above looks when being edited.
Remove the stars (*)
I had to put them there to prevent the table and contents from being displayed

Yes George, Tables are the way to go in both HTML programming for webpage design and inserting Tables in a Forum posting.

You do need to know what you're doing, particularly for the Forum version, and it does involve a lot of trial and error to get the layout correct - which is why I didn't suggest this as an option for Eric.  It's not straightforward  :(

Anyway, if after George's explanation and examples and you wish to give it a try Eric - the floor is yours  ;)
