Its a special feature for Bonsai users, Phil, and only works in Bonsai Genie.

I'll be writing up instructions for Bonsai Users soon (another current project!) so you can look in on that and learn more about that subject

Indeed.

The pots used in Bonsai work can be quite expensive and come in a wide range of materials from different countries.
One Bonsai user gave me specifications for the design. One of the requirements was to keep track of Pot usage, and photos of the pots.
Thus, there are extra programs in Bonsai Genie which allow you to log Pots, materials and countries.
When working with events, when you repot (a triggered event) then extra fields appear, allowing the user to select a pot.

To work with specimens, they use exactly the same programs as you do in IG Pro (GA029, GA004 etc)
However, the Bonsai features are switched off, not visible, when in IG Pro mode.
