Do they offer downloads in QIF or OFX format?
If yes, Bank Genie will import those files Phil.

looks like CSV format from what i read on there site

Login and ask on their online chat service Phil, or phone them and ask what download types they offer.
I had a look at their website as a non-customer. All I could see was as pdf type download. Hopefully they have alternatives!
