Title: 'Add change history to photo notes'
Post by: Trevor Ellis on September 30, 2012, 03:42:13 PM
Hi again George

Yet another question.
In GA100S20, 'Notes about this photograph' tab.
At the bottom there's a check box 'Add change history to photo notes'.
Could you explain what this does please?
Didn't want to go ahead and try it in case it changed what I don't want changing.
Still finding bits I've never used after all this time!

Cheers,
Trevor

Don't be afraid to experiment Trevor- you wont break anything ;D

When you choose to rename a file this feature if is to allow you to trace the change made.
When you check Add change history to Photo notes, then click the Rename button the program inserts this at the beginning of the Plant notes on that screen:
Disc File renamed. Was = (original file name)

If you are OK with the text, you then click the Save Changes button
