Title: Updated BGP - now will not start

George,
I have downloaded and applied the update for BGP and I accepted all the default location. BGP will not start. I click on my usual shortcut, waited and got a message from Norton.  After that the shortcut would not work. As yet I have not re-booted - I suppose that might work.

Hi Colin

From that link, Sonar has caused this problem.

I have received your email with more info and we will resolve the problem by email to avoid a Q&A session here on the forum

A virus scanner removing BGP... definitely not kind.

I should have updated this to say that the problem was indeed caused by Colins Anti Virus program.
I asked him to open his AV software and find the quarantined fie and release it.
He reported that he did that and all is well again.
