Windows 10 Picture folder query?
« on: August 20, 2015, 09:20:13 AM »
Can some one with Wndows 10 go into to their Pictures folder (if it exists in this version of Windows) and open a picture. Then Right Click on any picture. On Windows 7 etc. this brings up a list of Options. Does the word 'Preview' appear in the list, if such a list appears in Windows 10?
Thank you.

Thank-you, no. It was a query from a friend who has a new machine with 10 on it. Like me he used Preview a lot. I use to to get close ups of labels on plants so I can rename the original for George's Plant Data base.
We are not going for 10 as I know a program we use more than any other will not work on it.
Interesting that they have not included it on the new system. I wonder why not?

Found out that one goes to Default programs and associate jpegs with Windows Photo Viewer. Double clicking on the image brings up a preview screen.
