British Iron Works Centre
« on: May 17, 2015, 04:42:13 PM »
I don't know if folks on here heard about the massive statue of a Gorilla made fro Uri Gella, appropriately from spoons but it was made about 2 miles from where we live. Never been before, but there was a Plant Hunter's Fair today and entry was in aid of a local Hospice, so we went. It was fantastic.

Some of the pictures at the end are of items which were for sale.

You work fast Eric. How on earth did you manage to get all those photos uploaded and shared here so quick 8)

Now those are what I call garden features :D Some absolutely magnificent creations there. It must have been a pleasure to visit that place.
Did you find any nice plants at the fair?

One or two plants! A Geum and various alpines. Cannot remember off hand what they are. Planted out  now.
Takes only a few minutes to reduce the pictures in size and put them on PB.
Coffee time job!
Flower pics from shows takes a lot longer. Still working on the Southport AGS show ones.
