Amazing weather!
« on: April 12, 2015, 08:56:04 AM »
Its snowing :o OK its slushy stuff but there are some large flakes.
On Easter Monday and mid week we were basking in sunshine and now this.
I was out feeding the birds earlier in the rain. It didn't feel THAT cold!
They are getting on with it.

There are lots of inside out birds here today. Wind is so strong you cannot stand up in the garden.

It's been quite pleasant here today.

Had an overnight frost, but I was out in the Forest at 7am taking photographs.  Clear blue skies, sunny and dry.  A bit of a breeze got up a couple of hours ago but nothing to get concerned about.

Out again this evening to get a Forest sunset.

Gosh :o That's dedication Laurie. Photos for your new website I presume?

The weather settled and was sunny but breezy this afternoon.
I know what you mean by the inside out birds Eric. They can look quite different when there is a strong tail wind blowing ;D

That's correct George.  It's coming along nicely but I need a few more atmospheric shots, and flora and fauna before I publish online.

Didn't get the sunset I was after today though.  Dark cloud cover rolled in early evening, but there'll be plenty of opportunity to get that type of scene another time.
