Yes it would have been quite a job attatching threads to each of the flowers.  ;D

Those are actually in the "Exotic" garden, hence the colours in the background. They are back underground by the time the exotic plants get going.

I can see a nice display (seems to be increasing each year) in my spring garden outside our French windows. Haven't ventured out with the camera though :)
Naughty suggestion here - perhaps an undercurrent of wind like that in the famous clip in a MM film would work ;D
I'm now picturing Mr Gadget constructing an improvised bit of kit from a hair dryer :D

Straight forward Galanthus nivalis, but a lovely shot all the same.
