The Cortisone injection has done its job.
For anyone else reading this, the Cortisone injection works by reducing the swelling and is not a pain killer. In Marys case it has dramatically reduced the swelling and the good news is it has also eased the pain that was associated with the actual swelling.

Thanks for the update on the Shea Butter Jessie. I wonder if any of our members have ever tried that treatment?
