New Garden Funnies

Here is something for the start:
What does a letter "A" have in common with a flower?
A: They both have bees comming after them.
What do you call a stolen spud?
A: A hot potato.
What did one strawberry say to another?
A: If you haven't been so fresh we wouldn't be in this jam.

Peter:
It's so good to see Garden Funnies revived.
I still have more Daffy Definitions that I could publish.
Do you want them?
Over the past year I have saved some cartoons, and other funny
material to post. However, some material is not so funny,
but is some darn good writing about various happenings
in other people's Gardening lives.
May I suggest we change the name of this Topic to
Garden Clippings, or if that's too hackneyed, maybe
Garden Happenings? There's some great and inspirational
stories out there waiting to be told.
A Topic name that will include the serious stuff, too!

Dont hesitate to start a new topic, Toby
Some of those things deserve it, so I think that would be best.

Happy Easter everyone!
Our ducks are back again, mama duck is somewhere making the nest and papa duck is swimming in the pond waiting and waiting.

Toby,
Sounds good to me, go ahead it will be fun to see what comes up.
It's pretty cold out here too but we don't have snow yet, but as they say:
If you can see the mountains it's going to rain and if you can't see them it's already raining.
