Chiltern Seeds Catalog - 2010
« on: March 06, 2010, 10:26:00 PM »
Ive just finished this, and its ready for you to download.
You'll find the link to the download on this page:
http://www.garden-software.co.uk/SupplierCatalogs/suppliercatalogs.html

When installed, start the program Catalogs> Supplier Catalogs - GA040
Look for Chiltern Catalog 2010 in the drop down list.

Once again, many thanks to our forum members for contributing photos for use in the catalog.
165 plants have web photos, linking to Malcolms website and to ideasforgardens.net etc.

Whats new?
This year, Chiltern have furnished more information, so Ive been able to make the catalog a more interesting browsing experience.
When you click on a plant, the data is immediately shown. Last year, you may recall that you had to click a button and download the data from the Chiltern website, so that slowed things down.
Also:
The plants are classified - so Ive been able to show the Catalog in sections:
e.g. Perennials, Annuals, Climbers, Shrubs, Trees, attracts bees, Butterfiles etc etc

I'd greatly appreciate your support in this project. If you are ordering seed from Chiltern in 2010, please use Flower Genie, Ideas Genie, Ideas Genie Pro, or Bonsai Genie to generate a Mail Order and send it by post.
That way, Chiltern will know its originated as a result of this project.

If you prefer, you can use the Order on Line options in the Catalog Program (GA040)
In that case, write a note in the comments section so Chiltern will know the origin.
e.g. This order was created using Ideas Genie by ideasforgardens.com

It's ok now 9.30am Sunday.

Its looking good George, can't send any more orders for seeds, the ones we got using the programme before christmas are now up and invading the house, trying to keep them warm in this continuation of cold nights.

Thanks Malcolm

You can use it for 2011, since you order seeds very early.
Let me know if you see anything which needs fixed.

I sowed my first seed in 2010 on 1st March. Now I have the catalog up and running I will buy more seed this week (using the GA040 Catalogs program of course)
