Transferring everything to a new computer

So, the title says it all, I need dummies instructions on how to move all the Ideas Genie stuff from Vista machine to 7 machine and I mean DUMMIES!

Start by installing the software from CD, Eric.

Next, a question to you. Is your conection good enough to download program updates? They are typically 1 to 3 mb in size and can be downloaded individually.

Palustris:
Anything up to 10 meg is possible if slow.
So Ideas Genie plus the Master Data base which you sent?

ideasguy:
They can both be installed from the CD's to your computer.
Its only program updates which need to be loaded and we can deal with most of those after everything is installed from CD.

Please take this in easy steps.

Step 1:
Install IG Pro from the CD

Step 2
You do need to download the new Registration Program at this stage.
Click this link:
http://www.ideasgenie.com/updates-igpro/GA149-dl.exe

When downloaded and installed, start IG Pro and start the Registration Program GA149
It should indicate Version 19 in the title bar.
Use your licence to register (I have already send you an email with a reminder of your licence no)

Please let me know when you are installed and registered.
